In compliance with the duty of information established in Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), the provider company informs you that: www.m2p2025.com is an online platform that acts as a meeting place and headquarters of the Math for product M2P 2025 Conference.

PREAMBLE

Before using the services proposed by the organizer, the User must agree to read and accept these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "TyC") regulate the use and access to the website www.m2p2025.com as well as the App whenever it is available for iOS and Android, property of the organizer who may be enabled.

Acceptance of these T&Cs implies a binding contractual relationship between you and The Organizer.

Please note that access to the platform implies knowledge and acceptance of the following T&C. Furthermore, by registering as a User, you agree to fully respect this agreement and acknowledge that you are fully informed of all the provisions contained therein. If you do not accept all the terms included in these T&Cs, you will not be able to continue with the contracting process and you will not be able to use the services offered by the Organizer.

These standards have been adopted in accordance with current legislation to guarantee the freedom of users and a quality Internet service.

By accepting these conditions, Users grant their express consent for the processing of their personal data in accordance with the provisions of article 6 of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and digital rights.

Likewise, all registered users guarantee that all personal data provided are accurate, truthful and undertake to communicate to the Organizer any changes or modifications thereof.

The organizer reserves, but is not obliged to do so, the right to request any official information to verify the veracity of the personal data provided.

In the event that a registered User provides false, inaccurate or incomplete data or, if the Organizer has reasonable grounds to doubt its veracity, access to the use of the platform may be denied and all payments may be cancelled. contracts without prejudice to the right to file corresponding legal actions.

DEFINITIONS

The Organizer: Service provider in charge of managing the Website in association with the Valencian Pediatric Society. Company linked to and managed by Viajes El Corte Inglés, S.A. Company with CIF A28229813 and registered office at Avda. de Cantabria 51, 28042, Madrid

T&C: Conditions of use established by this contract applicable, without restriction or limitation, to all services proposed by the Organizer.

User account: Basic services (Profile, Email) that allow the User to have an identity on the platform and interact.

Services: Refers to the set of services, paid or free, available to users of the Web, whose objective is to provide users with information about medical conferences and/or scientific training events.

User: Internet user over 18 years of age who has accepted these GCs.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. Purpose of this agreement

This platform is the meeting point and celebration of the Math for product M2P 2025 Conference, which will be held from June 4th to 6th 2025. Its purpose is to offer a virtual space where Users can attend the conference presentations organized by the Math for product M2P 2025 Conference.

To enroll in the services offered by the organizer, users must complete the registration and/or subscription process. Users will be able to access it from the Web.

Users who have not accepted this contract and completed all information fields will not be able to continue with the registration process. The completion of the registration process implies for all purposes the acceptance of the offer made available by the organizer and the conclusion of the contract.

The organizer archives the contractual data, including these General Conditions. Users will be able to read and find these Terms and Conditions on the website, where an updated version will be published at all times. The data requested when registering will be the identity and contact information, the job position and, if applicable, of purchase also the economic data, depending on the payment method chosen.

2. Access conditions

2.1 Requirements to be a user

The User must have legal capacity to contract as established in the Spanish Civil Code. Furthermore, in order to use the platform of the Math for product M2P 2025 Conference., the User must fully and expressly accept these General Conditions.

Likewise, every Registered User guarantees that the personal data provided to the Organizer is true and accurate and undertakes to communicate any changes or modifications thereof.

The Organizer does not have the technical and/or legal means to verify the veracity of the identity claimed by the Users and is not responsible for the accuracy or inaccuracy of the data provided.

However, if doubts arise about the accuracy of the information provided by the user, or in the event that third parties or other users communicate information regarding identity theft or the sending of false identity information, the organizer may

- Deny the User access to the account

- Request from the User proof of valid legal identity.

In the event that the user does not proceed to send said evidentiary document within 8 days, or if it is found that identity theft has occurred or that false information has been presented that harms third parties, the User will be responsible for Violation of these GCs and the contract may be legally terminated.

2.2 Registration form

It is mandatory to complete the registration process successfully and, in particular, to fill out the corresponding form in order to use the platform and establish the contractual link with the Organizer.

The Application may ask Users to submit the following information:

2.3 User account

As long as a user meets all necessary registration requirements, they will be provided with a user account. Users will be able to access their account by entering their personal password and the chosen identifier. This information must be strictly personal and confidential.

Users are solely responsible for the correct use and custody of their registration information. The Organizer is not responsible for the extravagance or appearance of these identification elements by third parties or for the actions or statements made by Users during the use of their accounts.

The equipment (hardware, software, etc.) and communication costs necessary to access the services will always be borne by the user.

The use of other people's names or entities is prohibited. The same applies to the use of names or trademarks; or the use of offensive, vulgar and obscene names.

2.3 User account management

Users, by accessing their Account by presenting the name and password provided during registration, will be able to manage all operations related to the services offered.

Users may consult and/or modify their personal information linked to the Personal Account at any time.

All User operations will appear in their personal Account for permanent consultation.

2.4 Cancellation of the User Account

Users are free to cancel their Account at any time. The right is reserved to suspend or cancel access to the services in the event of non-compliance with these General Conditions or after malicious use of the services.

Users can request the deletion of their personal data by sending an email to the address congresos.valencia@viajeseci.es attaching a valid legal identification for the purposes of verifying their identity.

3. Hiring process

3.1 Registration

To access the services offered by the Organizer, whether paid or free, it will always be necessary for the User to register, so their personal data will be collected. The User declares to accept and understand that to access the services offered it is necessary to provide the required data. The User provides all data freely and voluntarily and expressly authorizes the Organizer and the Math for product M2P 2025 Conference to process the data provided in order to carry out the contracted service.

3.2 Protection, collection and processing of the user's personal data

The Organizer declares that the personal data provided by the user will always be treated in accordance with the current regulatory provisions on the matter. With special observance of LO 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD), R (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (RGPD) and Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Security Services the Information Society and electronic commerce.

By accepting these contract conditions, the User expressly and unequivocally consents to the processing of all personal data provided for the purpose of providing the contracted services, as well as the management of sending advertising related to the Organizer.

By installing and using the platform, the user agrees that the organizer collects, uses, records and stores information related to his user settings, software and equipment attributes, IP addresses, location, connection errors and interaction. The organizer may use this information to improve the configuration and performance of the default platform/application.

The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation at any time by communicating this request and attaching a valid legal identification to the email svp@viajeseci.es, indicating in the subject "Request to exercise rights relating to protection of data".

The user authorizes the organizer, who acts as "Controller", to process all data sent. Additionally, the user's express consent will be requested for the timely authorization of data transfer to the third party organizers of the different Congress Workshops.

3.3 Specific contract conditions. Ownership of the contents.

Users, by uploading or publishing content on the Platform owned by the Organizer, grant a worldwide license, free of payment of industrial and intellectual property rights, that allows the Organizer to use, reproduce, process, link, publish, store, transmit , display and distribute said content through all existing and present and future media. The User expressly waives to file any subsequent claim against the Organizer for this concept.

4. Obligations and responsibilities of the User

4.1 User Obligations

- Make truthful statements.

- Comply with current regulations and not violate public order.

- Respect Intellectual and/or Industrial Property rights.

- Not harm in any way the operation of the services offered by the Organizer.

- Not to disseminate or disclose the content of the communications and messages sent to Users through the means of the service.

4.2 User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the use of the data they consult, request or communicate through their account.

Users undertake to hold harmless and, where appropriate, to indemnify the Organizer for any sanction, fine, compensation, damage or loss arising from any claim of any type or nature that may arise directly or indirectly from legal obligations and/or contractual. derived from these GCs.

The Organizer is not responsible for the content published by Users, nor is it liable for possible infringements of copyright, with the User being the one who must respond in all cases for any infringement in this regard.

5. Obligations and responsibilities of the Organizer

5.1 Obligations of the Organizer

The Organizer undertakes to offer an online service in accordance with the laws.

5.2 Responsibility of the organizer

The Organizer will not be responsible in case of fraud, identity theft or other crimes, nor will it be responsible for any attack on the image or privacy committed by Users through the platform/application.

In general, the Organizer is not responsible for the information provided by users, nor for its veracity, authenticity, nor accuracy, whether provided directly or through other subscription means.

The Organizer will save the contents that may be related to possible infringements to communicate them to the judicial authorities. Likewise, it will retain the data of users who unsubscribe in compliance with current regulations on the protection of Personal Data or any other applicable regulations. Said data will in no case be related to the content uploaded by users, which will be deleted immediately.

The Organizer does not guarantee the operation of the services in the event of interruption of the user's Internet access or in case of non-operation or poor access conditions caused by the blocking of the Internet network or by any other cause of force majeure, not attributable to the Organizer or its suppliers.

The Organizer cannot guarantee that its systems are foolproof and error-free. In this sense, it cannot be guaranteed that the results of the use of these services meet the User's expectations.

6. Intellectual property

6.1 Rights of the Organizer

The contents related to brands, domains, logos, drawings or documentation, which include all types of software, computer programs, or any element susceptible to protection by legislation on Industrial and/or Intellectual property, to which users and participants may have access, are the property of the provider and all rights of use over them are expressly reserved.

Users may only use said material exclusively in the manner authorized by the owner.

Any improper use of the service or failure to comply with the User's obligations may lead, at the discretion of the Organizer, to the cancellation of the account and/or the suspension of the contracted services until the incident is resolved.

The Organizer is not the owner of the rights to third-party brands that may appear in advertising inserts or Insertions within the platform. The user undertakes not to violate possible rights related to intellectual and industrial property and will avoid endangering its integrity. Failure to comply with the above will lead to the adoption of legal measures.

6.2 Prohibition

Users are strictly prohibited from violating copyrights, trademark rights, intellectual property rights or other rights. The downloading, reproduction, distribution, uploading, republication, display, sale, licensing, making available to the public, public communication or exploitation of third party content for any purpose is not permitted, unless permission is obtained. Consent must be express and in writing.

6.3 Communication of violations

If you discover any content that may infringe your intellectual property rights, please notify us as soon as possible to the email address congresos.valencia@viajeseci.es.

7. Modification of the General Conditions of Use

The Organizer will have the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, these General Conditions of Use to adapt them to legislative or jurisprudential developments as well as changes or practices in the economy or the sector, taking into account at all times the legitimate interests of the users, and the User must periodically consult these conditions, Terms and Policies in order to verify or ensure the existence of modifications or changes in them, taking as reference the date of the last update. All this without prejudice to the fact that changes to contracts already signed are not affected.

8. Applicable law

In accordance with the provisions of article 23 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSICE), contracts entered into electronically such as this one will have full effectiveness and They are provided for by the legal system, provided that consent and other requirements for their validity are met.

These contract conditions are available to all users of The Organizer, free of charge. Access to the contracting process is completely free, with no additional cost associated, except for the client's own Internet connection.

It is considered that the contract is completed once the user presses the "I accept" button, understanding that the monitoring of all phases of the electronic contracting procedure and the inclusion of all the requested data implies, together with the express final acceptance of the present conditions, a clear and direct manifestation of the client's willingness to accept these General Conditions. The Organizer, as an Information Society service provider, will store the electronic document in which this contract is formalized on a durable medium. Said electronic document will be accessible through the link provided to the User in the printable confirmation email.

9. Competent jurisdiction

For the resolution of controversies or issues related to these GCs, Spanish legislation to which the parties expressly submit will apply. In the case of civil contracting, when one of the contracting parties acts in the position of CONSUMER, the specific regulations for the Defense of Consumers and Users will apply.

Consumers and Users may resolve any conflict before the competent Court according to their place of residence or that of the registered office of Viajes El Corte Inglés, S.A. In the event that Viajes El Corte Inglés, S.A. Whoever initiates legal actions against a consumer, the Courts of the jurisdiction of the domicile of said consumer will be competent.

In all cases of commercial contracting, the parties agree to submit to the commercial jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.

11. Partial nullity

If any clause of these GTC is declared null or void by application of a law or regulation or by any competent authority, said provision or clause will be considered not in force, continuing the contract in full force between the parties with respect to the other clauses, and must be interpreted in accordance with the contractual will expressed by the parties in this document.

12. Exercise of the right of withdrawal Form

In accordance with the provisions of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users RD 1/2007, of November 16, Consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of hiring.

In accordance with this rule, the withdrawal period will be extended to 12 months whenever the company has not complied with the duty of information and documentation regarding this right.

Through this document, I exercise the right of withdrawal established in the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users RD 1/2007, of November 16, regarding all contracts signed with Viajes El Corte Inglés, S.A.

The termination of the contract that I hereby inform you is exercised within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of contract, in accordance with the aforementioned rule, which extends the period of the right of withdrawal to 12 months when the employer has not complied with the duty of information and documentation about this right. Likewise, I inform you that I have not authorized the start of the benefit before the aforementioned 14 days.
