Abstracts - Guidelines

  • Deadline for abstract submission: XXXX XX, 2026
  • Once the abstract is submitted, editing will be allowed until the manager's closing date on XXXX XX, 2026. Subsequently, it will be considered final, and no further modifications will be allowed after that date.
  • Submission must be done online, following the detailed instructions, using the manager accessible from the website https://gep2026.com/GEP2026.
  • Communication submissions via email will not be accepted.
  • The abstract must not exceed 400 words (the manager has a word counter), and an optional figure can be attached.
  • Clearly indicate the chosen topic and presentation format:
           Oral Communication (8 min + 2 min discussion)
           Flash Communication (3 min)
           Poster
  • The structure of abstracts must adhere to the presentation format: Title, Introduction, Methodology, Results and Conclusions, Acknowledgments, and References.
  • The corresponding author will receive a confirmation email regarding the acceptance or rejection of their abstract and presentation mode at the email address provided, once the abstract submission deadline has passed. Notification date: XXXX XX, 2026. 
  • Abstracts will be accepted in Spanish or English.
  • Only 1 abstract and 1 registration per speak will be allowed.
