* Student fee requires proof of enrollment in an official study program and paper defense.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be issued. However, name changes are allowed until 20/02/2026.

Important: The speaker is responsible for the communication assigned (oral or poster) by the congress organization. It is mandatory for the speaker to be registered and to pay the registration fees according to the specifications and deadlines established by the organization, once the abstract acceptance has been communicated. Each fully registered participant may submit up to abstracts, with a maximum of 2 oral presentations.

Congress Registration Fee Includes:

  • Presentation of up to three papers. (with a maxiimum of 2 oral presentations)
  • Congress documentation.
  • Access to Plenary Conferences & Parallel Sessions.
  • Working lunches & coffee breaks.
  • Congress dinner.
