CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit and cancellation policy for bookings of less than 9 rooms
1. Full payment of the accommodation booking at the time of confirmation. 2. Until January 3rd 2026 cancellations are possible free of charge 2. From January 4th to February 3rd 2026 any cancellation is subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount.
3. From the February 4th 2026 any cancellation is 100 % of the total cost.
