• Abstracts must be submitted via the online form only, abstracts submitted by email will not be accepted.
• A valid email address is required for all authors.
• EMSOS will contact the presenting authors using the email provided during submission.
• The number of submissions is limited to 3 per presenting author.
• The abstract must consist of:

  • Methodology
  • Results
  • Conclusion
• The abstract text should not exceed 300 words

• Since the abstracts will undergo a blind review, the text should not reveal the institutional affiliation or any of the researchers.
• Do not write all the text in CAPITAL LETTERS.
• The text and the title should be free from abbreviations, except those commonly used. It should concisely address the problem and the purpose of the study.
• EMSOS may reassign your abstract to a different category or presentation type.
• Duplicate submissions will be automatically withdrawn.
• You can edit authorship and abstract content on the online platform until the submission deadline.

• Authors and co-authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection on the 15th February 2026
• The presenting author of an accepted abstract must:
  • Register and attend the EMSOS Congress Lisboa 2026 otherwise the abstract will be excluded from the final scientific programme.
  • resent the abstract in the session and time assigned by the EMSOS Scientific Committee.
