The Congress usually attracts between 350 and 500 delegates from all over Europe and from all over the World.

Name Badges
Participants are obliged to wear the official Congress name badges on all Congress occasions.
Exhibition
Access to the exhibition is free for registered participants. It will be open on 20–22 May 2027 during the Course hours.
Lunch & Refreshments
Lunches are included in the registration fee. Coffee and tea will be available in the exhibition area during breaks.
Certificate
Participants will receive an official certificate of attendance at the Congress.
Letter of Invitation
Available upon request after registration payment to assist with visas or funding. (Refunds apply for visa refusals).
Liability
By registering for IACES and/or by participating in the exhibition joined to the Course, participants and exhibitors agree that neither IACES, nor the Organising Committee nor the Congress Secretariat do not assume any responsibility for damage or injuries to persons or property during the Course. Participants and exhibitors are advised to organise their own health, travel and personal insurances.
