* Trainees must present a document proving their current situation while registering.
** (Only available for exhibitors & doesn’t allow the entrance to the scientific sessions)
Invoices will be available once the payment has been processed and verified. Please note that this is not an automatic process and the documents may take a while to appear in your private area.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelling 60 days prior to the Congress will involve a 20% penalty.
Cancelling between 59 days and 30 days prior to the Congress will involve a 50% penalty.
Cancelling 29 days prior to the Congress will involve a 100% penalty. No reimbursement will be made.
Cancellations due to visa refusal will receive a full refund. Presenting an official document proving the denial will be mandatory.

The name change can be managed by paying €25 + VAT for management fees.
