			In order to access to the online registration system,

	Fees are subject to:
	- 
		Each accepted paper must be supported by a “Regular Fee” (*) paid by one of the authors.
- 
		Each “Regular fee” paid by a registered author cannot be applied to more than a paper, unless listed as sole author of all of them.
- 
		The registration procedure will request the code number of the paper (if any) supported by the fee. 
- 
		An author registered with a “Regular fee” can support additional papers using the fee “Extra paper” for each additional paper. 
- 
		Undergraduate students have to accredit their condition (the student fee is not allowed for PhD students).
- 
		The “Under 35s” and /or “ADINGOR Joven” fee is available for those aged 35 or less the first day of the Conference (3rd July, 2025) and/or registered members of ADINGOR Joven on the date of the registration, respectively. Please mail to cio2025@us.es scanned proof of either birthdate or membership.
	(*) “Regular Fee” is a “Normal” fee, “ADINGOR Member” fee “Undergraduate or Master Students and/or Under 35s” fee and “ADINGOR Joven” fee.
	 
	Regular conference fee covers:
	- 
		Attendee kit.
- 
		WIFI connection.
- 
		Conference lunch (July 3rd and 4th).
- 
		Coffee breaks (July 3rd and 4th).
- 
		Social events (Gala Dinner on July 3rd).
- 
		Access to Conference proceedings.
- 
		Applicable certificates (Conference Participants, Paper Author, etc.). Note: Conference Participant certificates will be identical regardless of the specific applicable fee.
	Accompanying person fee covers social events (Gala Dinner on July 3rd).
