In order to access it, please select one of the following options:

The early bird registration fee can be paid until March 27, 2026.
For a paper to be included in the proceedings of the conference, at least one registration fee must be paid and assigned to that paper. Each registration fee can only be assigned to one paper/presentation.
All the presenting authors must register and pay the corresponding fees by May 8, 2026.

What’s Included

• Regular and Student registration fees include admission to all technical sessions, lunches during the conference, and admission to the conference reception, Wednesday social event, and the banquet.
• The Accompanying Person registration fee includes admission to the conference reception, Wednesday social event, and the banquet.

Student Fees

Student rate attendees must upload, on the registration page, a letter from their Department Head or Chair confirming that they are full-time students. The online registration process will only continue after this document is uploaded.

Cancellation Policy

The registration fee will be refunded with a cancellation fee of €100 if the request is received in writing (by email) until May 22, 2026. After this date, no refunds will be made.
