Abstract submissions

Abstracts must be submitted through the online submission system by 22 May 2026. Submissions should be written in English and must not exceed 200 words. Authors will be notified of acceptance by 12 June 2026.

Short paper submissions

Authors are required to submit a short paper (2–4 pages) by 18 September 2026. Papers must be written in English and prepared using the official templates (Word and LaTeX templates will be available on this page shortly). Submissions should be uploaded in PDF format.

Papers will not undergo peer review unless explicitly requested by the authors.

Publication

The conference proceedings will be published on the SAAT website:

Once all papers have been verified for compliance with the publication requirements. Each paper will be assigned a DOI, and the proceedings are issued with an ISSN.
