Information for Abstract Submission form:

There is no template for the abstract. You will be asked for the following information in the Abstract Submission form::

The maximum number of words is 300.

• If you are the First Author for the abstract, then your contact details will be used.
• If you are not the First Author and you are going to manage the abstract (i.e., making changes yourself until the deadline of submission of abstracts), you will be asked to enter the First Author's details and you will be treated as a Manager.

If there are any contributing author/s for the abstract, they should be entered in the order in which you wish them to appear in the Book of Abstracts. You will be asked to enter the author´s title, initials, surname and affiliation. There is no limit regarding the number of co-authors.

Please ensure that you have the official name and country for each institution.

Abstracts may be submitted in both oral and poster formats.

In the Private Area you can save your information and abstracts. You will find updated information about your abstracts once they are evaluated by the Committee.

Información para el formulario de presentación de resúmenes:

No hay plantilla previa para enviar abstracts. Se le pedirá la siguiente información en el formulario de presentación de resúmenes::

El abstract no debe tener mas de 300 palabras.

• Si usted es el primer autor del resumen, se utilizarán sus datos de contacto.
• Si usted no es el Primer Autor y va a gestionar el resumen (es decir, realizar cambios usted mismo hasta la fecha límite de presentación de resúmenes), se le pedirá que introduzca los datos del Primer Autor y será tratado como Gestor.

Si hay algún(os) autor(es) colaborador(es) en el resumen, deberá introducirlos en el orden en el que desea que aparezcan en el Libro de Resúmenes. Se le pedirá que introduzca el título, las iniciales, el apellido y la afiliación del autor. No hay límite en cuanto al número de coautores.

Por favor, asegúrese de que tiene el nombre oficial y el país de cada institución.

Los resúmenes pueden presentarse tanto en formato oral como póster.

En el Área Privada podrá guardar su información y resúmenes. Encontrará información actualizada sobre sus resúmenes una vez que sean evaluados por el Comité.

Copyright Agreements

Submissions will only be accepted if authors acknowledge and sign the copyright agreement,

The agreement rules that the author will retain the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the Paper. The Author will grant to "Real Sociedad Española de Física" a non-transferable publishing license for "XL RSEF Physics Biennial" Proceedings for the duration of the Author's copyright period including extensions and renewals.

At least one of the authors of each abstract must attend the meeting (make the registration) and will be asked to be present at the time of presentation.

Acuerdos sobre derechos de autor

Sólo se aceptarán propuestas si los autores reconocen y firman el acuerdo de derechos de autor,

El acuerdo estipula que el autor conservará el copyright y todos los demás derechos de propiedad intelectual del trabajo. El Autor concederá a la "Real Sociedad Española de Física" una licencia de publicación intransferible para las Actas de la "XL Bienal de Física de la RSEF" durante el periodo de vigencia de los derechos de autor del Autor, incluyendo prórrogas y renovaciones.

Al menos uno de los autores de cada resumen deberá asistir a la reunión (realizar la inscripción) y se le pedirá que esté presente en el momento de la presentación.
