Instructions for Posters and Oral Presentations

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Posters must be in A0 portrait format (841 × 1189 mm)
  • Oral presentations may be prepared in PowerPoint, OpenOffice, LibreOffice, or PDF format. They must be saved on a USB flash drive and uploaded to the computer in the corresponding conference room before the start of the session.
  • The use of personal computers is not recommended.
  • Presenters are advised to check in advance that all fonts and videos used in their oral presentations display and play correctly on the conference-room computer. Fonts should be embedded whenever possible, and any video files should be provided together with the presentation file.
